Woof is an email client that provides a channel-based messaging interface on top of standard email protocols (IMAP/SMTP). Woof does not replace your email provider — it connects to your existing email accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Woof to send spam, distribute malware, harass others, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your emails and content remain yours. Woof does not claim ownership of any content you send or receive through the service. You retain all rights to your data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Email delivery depends on your email provider's infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Woof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
